Houses available fall into 1 of 3 categories.  Depending on your credit and reason for purchasing the property, select from one of the following categories:   

  • For Sale.  These properties are available to a buyer who will qualify now for the financing to purchase.    If owner financing is desired, please consider one of the properties available in the 'Rent to Own' Program. 
  • Rent to Own program with NO Bank Qualifying....CLICK HERE for program details.   This program gives you time to rebuild your credit while putting money toward the purchase.  
  • Handyman Special.  These properties sell very fast so the details are rarely posted on this website.  If you are interested in purchasing Handyman Specials, please contact us at 513-923-HOME to discuss.  The work these properties need may vary from light work to full rehabs.  All of the Handyman Specials are sold 'as-is' at bottom dollar wholesale prices to 'cash' buyers.  Other than actual cash, the following are also considered 'cash' for purposes of buying a Handyman Special: funds advanced from a line of credit, loans from private individuals, and 'hard money'.  Click on the following link to inquire about obtaining 'hard money':
