• Handyman Special.  These properties sell very fast so the details are rarely posted on this website.  If you are interested in purchasing Handyman Specials, please contact us at 513-923-HOME to discuss.  The work these properties need may vary from light work to full rehabs.  All of the Handyman Specials are sold 'as-is' at bottom dollar wholesale prices to 'cash' buyers.  Other than actual cash, the following are also considered 'cash' for purposes of buying a Handyman Special: funds advanced from a line of credit, loans from private individuals, and 'hard money'.  Click on the following link to inquire about obtaining 'hard money':
